How long will it take?
We carry stock of most items on our site, we ship orders twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday.
We places orders to our suppliers each Wednesday, any items that we do not have in stock will be ordered with our next shipment.
The average delivery time for products not in our stock is 2 weeks. Shipping times for custom
products such as Canopies and Containers will be advised by the manufacturer.
How much will Shipping be?
Our freight is calculated when you go to the checkout. This is the only way
we can give you an accurate price. If you find the cost excessive, you can
stop the processing of your order. The freight costs depends on your postcode,
and the weight of all items purchased. You can get a freight quote by signing
in (so we have your postcode) and adding your products to the cart.
Payment Methods?
We prefer payments by bank transfer, especially large value items. When you
have confirmed your order, an email will be send to you immediately with a
summary of your purchase and a copy of our bank details.

Please quote your order number when making the transfer. We will begin to process your order as soon as the transaction appears in our account.
We also accept Credit Card payments over the Internet only. We cannot take
payments over the phone. Credit Cards attract a 3% fee which is added to your
order total.
Refunds.
Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you
simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty,
have been wrongly described, are different from the sample shown to you or do
not do what they are supposed to.
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
