Returns / Warranty Policy
Thank you for your purchase with Terminal Sports.
We thank you for your support. We take great care in packaging our merchandise for a safe transit from Terminal Sports to you, the end user.
Although a Return is a rare occurrence it can happen. Please find the Terminal Sports Guidelines for return below. This is an agreement between Terminal Sports and the Buyer once the transaction is complete.
Terminal Sports Return Policy:
- Contact for a return must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
- Items for return must be received within 10 days of initial contact.
- All items returned must be in a resalable condition which means unused and undamaged for both the item and packaging.
- Refunds or exchange will only be actioned once the Return has been received and we are happy that the product and packaging are not damaged or worn.
- Refunds which are to be issued to you will be done so promptly either back to your PayPal Account or via Bank Transfer. This may take 2-3 days depending.
Please Note: All payments made via PayPal will have any refunds sent back to the account it was paid from. If you opt for a bank transfer instead of PayPal a reduction of 5% will need to be made to cover costs issued to us from PayPal.
Return information excludes:
- Second Hand Merchandise.
- Any custom products Including but not limited to Helmets with additional fixtures.
- Alti’s: Including but not limited to:
- That have been registered with their manufacturer
- Falls outside of the Terminal Sports 14 Day return Policy
Altimeter Warranty Information
It is recommended after the purchase of your new Alti to register it with them directly with the manufacturer.
Terminal Sports are not liable for any warranties or repairs on these products due to the nature of their importance for a divers kit. The Alti manufacturer has specialised repair centers placed across the globe for your convenience, if you should find yourself in a situation it requires repair it is recommended that you contact the repair centre.

FAQ’s
What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
All of our orders are sent with Australia Post. Terminal Sports will always supply you with an Australia Post tracking number which can be tracked here. Once your order is in Australia Post possession we can no longer be liable for said order. Having said that, we value you support and will assist wherever possible.
From time to time there may be some damage done during transit. This unfortunately is not the responsibility of Terminal Sports as once we hand the Order over to Australia Post the liability is no longer with us. Again we value you, our customer and will assist wherever we can.
What if the item is not what I wanted?
We try our best to ensure that our site is updated with the most relevant information. Our products do occasionally change description or colours etc from time to time which may be missed. If this is the case Terminal Sports will be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the product price and postage costs as long as the product is returned to Terminal Sports in a resalable condition.
However, if the product you receive is not what you wanted due to your error or you have changed your mind we will again accept your return for a full refund of the product price ONLY as long as the product is returned to Terminal Sports in a resalable condition.
Oh NO I ordered the wrong size.
Never mind, Terminal Sports are happy to assist you with getting the correct size, within reason. After contact with Terminal Sports to advise of this error we will provide further instructions for return, again the item must come back to us in Resalable condition.
We will then supply you with the correct size. If for some reason this is not in stock we will endeavour to organise the correct size to be sent to you as fast as we can. Please keep in mind if the item is our f stock that delivery may take 2-3 weeks.
Freight costs will be additional to orders where incorrect size has been ordered.
If you decide that you don’t want Terminal Sports to issue you with the correct size, we will provide a refund on the product price ONLY as long as items are received in a resalable condition.
What is Resalable Condition?
This means that the item and packaging must be unworn and undamaged. Once item has been returned to Terminal Sports we will make that decision.
