This is a Screw Top T Bodkin for threading through freebag grommets.

These stainless steel bodkins are manufactured and machined at Parachute Labs

The screw-top feature allows these to be used as a traditional T Bodkin as well as the type of bodkin needed for closing Racer containers. Two are needed for Racers.
