Delivery Info

We carry stock of most items listed on our site, stock quantities are shown next to each product. Whilst we endeavour to have the most correct stock quantities listed on our site it occasionally is inaccurate. If this does occur you will be notified. If all your items are in stock, shipping is within 2 business days except Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Fridays.

If an item is shown as being out of stock, you may still purchase it however your order will be delayed until ALL items on your order are in stock. We will keep you up to date on your order. If you are in a rush for some of your items it may be better to submit an order with only stocked items and another with delayed items.

We know that most people want to receive their goods before the weekend, and we do our best.

Please Note:

• Although Terminal Sports take every effort and care to get your order out as fast as possible we can not guarantee a delivery date as delivery times are out of our control.
• Once our delivery network take possession of your order it can no longer be the responsibility of Terminal Sports. We will always provide a tracking number and delivery address of where the parcel was sent, excluding those orders of free freight which have been sent via regular mail services, once our delivery network indicate the parcel has been delivered we have to trust it was delivered. We will do all we can to help locate any parcel lost or missing however items can not be replaced if lost or stolen in transit.

Australia Post

Regular Post – Shipping 2-7 business days: $9.95 inc GST 

Express Post – Shipping 1-3 days business days: $14.95 inc GST ($30 for 5kg items eg. Helmets)
