Conceptus Bite Switch for SONY Cameras

The Conceptus bite switch is the defacto bite switch used in the industry. It’s time proven design works when the user bites down on the red section of the switch to trigger the camera. This Sony Multi Micro USB version is for cameras with the Sony Multi-Micro USB port.

Unlike other manufacturers this switch is active. This means you’ll be able to properly focus the camera when using the camera’s shutter. With other manufacturer’s adapters, holding the shutter half way down does not focus the camera while the cable is installed.

Our suggestion with any camera switch is to spit it out before deployment to increase the lifespan of the product. From my experience, I’ve found 1 crappy opening is enough to destroy any bite switch when the customer clenches down with all their might.
